To boost efficiency and ensure constant quality, the Group made a significant investment in technologically advanced and automated machinery. It uses high-quality additives and micro components, largely from organic sources from well-known companies, to enable faster digestion and thorough absorption, resulting in better animal performance and food safety.

Broiler & Layer Day Old Chicks

From the breeder’s farm to the hatchery and transportation to final farm reception, management practices have a real impact. Optimized processes and preventive measures can give chicks the right start.

COMMERCIAL BROILERS

The parent birds (breeder birds – see section at the end) used to produce meat chickens have their eggs removed and placed in an incubator. In the incubator, the eggs are kept under optimum atmosphere conditions and highly regulated temperatures. At 21 days, the chicks are ready to hatch, using their egg tooth to break out of their shell (in a natural situation, the mother would help with this).
